I feel hungry, but i'm not.

Me and my friends talk about this every now and then, and the question is "why do we eat, when we're bored?" I don't know the answer to that, but maybe it's because when you have nothing to do, you think the only thing you can do, is eat. But that's not really true. You can do alot more to help get over your need to eat food when you don't really want food. Try doing something active or eating Trident gum. If you watch he show "The biggest loser" Jillian the trainer says that by eating trident gum, it will help when your on the go, and instead of eating a full snack, you can just chew on some gum, and that will fill you right up!
