Stressful Mondays...

When you had a bad day, and your feeling the need to pull out your hair and scream at everyone, read these tips:

A cup of peppermint tea- The scent of peppermint tea helps you focus and boosts performance, according to researchers. In another study, they found that peppermint makes drivers more alert and less anxious!
But not, A can of soda- A study from the American Journal of Public Health found that people who drink 2 1/2 cans of soda daily are three times more likely to be depressed and anxious, compared to those who drink fewer.
Other good choices are stuff like: 1 cup of low-fat yogurt or tbsp of mixed nuts, red bell peppers, or a handful of sesame seeds.
Other bad choices are stuff that is sugary, or greasy.
